DESCRIPTION:Le taichi chuan est un art martial interne centré sur l’énergie vitale. Les applications martiales avec partenaire (tuishou) enrichissent la pratique en solo. Le pratiquant identifie ainsi les intentions propres à chaque mouvement. La visualisation dans l’espace d’une action donne un certain réalisme aux mouvements. Elle permet de comprendre la gestuelle et de mieux la mémoriser. Le pratiquant recherche alors une posture harmonieuse\, souple et juste par rapport à une intention particulière\, tout en relâchement\, concentration et tonicité.
